Exercise physiologist, World Championship, and Olympic coach, and former active cross country skier. Using science, personal experience as an elite athlete and many years of coaching, I will help you reach your goals.
Til daglig jobber jeg som hoved trener for SAS Nordic Ski team, et Sveitsisk ski lag som konkurrerer på nasjonalt og olympisk nivå. I tillegg til toppidrettsutøvere trener jeg også mosjonister som løper og som skal gå Vasaloppet eller Birkebeinerrennet.
